Browse by category (Women, Men, Girls, Boys) or visit Shop, open a product, choose your size, color, or pack option, and add it to cart. You can also use Quick Add on many product cards to select options without leaving the page. Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address, pay securely, and you will receive an order confirmation.

We deliver across India. Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays in some cases). After dispatch, metro cities usually receive orders in 2–4 business days, and other locations in 5–10 business days. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.

Free delivery on orders over ₹999. For orders below ₹999, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. The exact amount is shown before you pay, with no hidden fees.

Because innerwear is a personal hygiene product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size preference, or similar reasons once delivered. We will replace or refund for defective or damaged products, wrong items shipped, or missing items. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You can pay using UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, and other UPI apps), credit and debit cards, and net banking or supported wallets. Your payment details are encrypted and handled by Razorpay — we do not store your full card or UPI credentials.

Most Alba products are available in multiple sizes. On each product page, select your size (and color or pack option if applicable) before adding to cart. Unavailable sizes are shown as out of stock. For bras and fitted styles, choose your usual size; if you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort. Size exchanges are not available after delivery — contact sales@albafashions.com before ordering if you need guidance.

After your order ships, you will receive tracking information by SMS and/or email. You can also log in with your phone number or email and check My Account → Orders, or email sales@albafashions.com with your order number. For defective, wrong, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
